摘要 当下小学教师的劳动教育观存在一定的错位现象,这既制约了教师的专业发展,也影响了小学阶段劳动教育的有效实施。基于增进学生劳动知识与技能、培育学生正确劳动价值观、修正劳动教育方法、促进教师专业发展的现实需求,小学教师应树立积极的、与时代发展相协调的劳动教育观。 At present, there is a certain phenomenon of dislocation in the labor education view of primary school teachers,which not only restricts the professional development of teachers, but also affects the effective implementation of labor education in primary school. Based on the realistic needs of improving students’ labor knowledge and skills, cultivating students’ correct labor values, revising labor education methods and promoting teachers’ professional development, primary school teachers should establish a positive labor education view that is compatible with the development of the times.
