摘要
目的探究血液透析过程中不同进食时间对患者血糖及血压的影响.方法选取2020年1月-2021年1月收治的血液透析患者82例,随机分为两组,每组各41例.对照组在血液透析2.5h时进食,观察组在血液透析1.5h时进食.比较两组不同进食时间血糖值与血压值变化情况、低血糖与低血压发生率.结果观察组血糖值高于对照组(P<0.05);两组收缩压与舒张压相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组低血糖发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论在血液透析过程中,相比于2.5h进食,1.5h进食能够有效减少低血糖事件的发生,同时还不会增加低血压事件的发生.
0bjective To explore the eets of different eating times on patients'blood glucose and blood pressure during hemodialysis.Methods A total of 82 hemodialysis patients from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in each group.The control group atle at 2.5h of hemodialyis,and the observation group ate at 1.5h of hemodialyisThe changes in blood glucose and blood pressure,the incidence of hypoglycemia and hypotension between the two groups at different eating times were compared.Results The observation group had a high blood sugar level in the control group (P<0.05);there was no satistically significant dfference between the two groups of systolie blood pressure and diasolico blood pressure(P>0.05);he observaion group had a lower ineidence of hypoglycemia than the conrol group(P<0.05).Conclus ion During hemodialysis,compared with 2.5 hours of eating,1.5 hours of eating can electively reduce the ocrrence of hypoglycemia events,and at the same time,t will not increase the ocurrence of hypotension events.
