阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病临床疗效及对患者心功能和血清炎症因子的影响

Clinical efficacy of atorvastat in in the treatment of coronary heart disease andits effects on cardiac function and serum inflammatory factors

目的探讨阿托伐他汀对冠心病(CHD)患者IL-18、TG、TC、CRP以及hs-CRP的作用.方法随机选取天津市静海区医院在2018年5月-2019年12月就诊的冠心病患者60例作为研究对象,按照双盲信封法将其分为对照组和观察组各30例.对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察两组患者的IL-18、TG、TC、CRP以及hs-CRP水平、心脏功能和内皮功能.结果治疗后对照组LVEF(%)和FMD(%)分别为(40.24±6.73)和(7.90±1.29),而观察组分别为(50.87±8.54)和(7.60±1.30),两组比较,差异显著(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者的IL-18、TG、TC、CRP以及hs-CRP含量差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者用药后随访24个月,随访期间观察组心绞痛复发风险显著低于对照组(HR=0.56,95%CI:0.23-0.88,P<0.05).结论阿托伐他汀能够改善冠心病患者血清炎症水平和内皮功能,降低心绞痛发生风险.

Objective To investigate the effects of atorvastatin on IL-18,TG,TC,CRP and hs CRP in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were randomly selected as the research object.They were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group according to the double-blind envelope method.The control group was treated with routine treatment and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin.The levels of IL-18TG,TC,CRP and hs CRP,cardiac function and endothelial function of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,LVEF(%)and FMD(%)in the control group were(40.24±6.73)and(7.90±1.29)respectively,while those in the observation group were(50.87±8.54)and(7.60±1.30)respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference in the contents of IL-18TG,TC,CRP and hs CRP between the two groups(P<0.05);the patients in the two groups were followed up for 24 months.The risk of recurrence of angina pectoris in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(HR=0.56,95%CI:0.23-0.88f<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin can improve the level of serum inflammation and endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease and reduce the risk of angina pectoris.
