早期康复护理对脑血管疾病偏瘫患者的影响探讨

Discussion on the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with cerebrovascular disease hemiplegia

目的研究给脑血管疾病偏瘫患者提供早期康复护理的效果.方法天津医科大学第二医院在2020年2月-2021年2月选取脑血管疾病偏瘫患者66例,按照随机数字表法进行对照组(33例)和研究组(33例)的划分.其中,对照组予以常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上增加早期康复护理,对比两组护理前后的Barthel指数变化情况、护理前后的上下肢运动评分.结果经组间对比,发现在护理前期,研究组和对照组在Barthel指数变化情况、上下肢运动评分方面无差异(P>0.05);护理后,与对照组的Barthel指数变化情况、上下肢运动评分比较,发现研究组的Barthel指数变化情况、上下肢运动评分得到改善,组间对比结果差异显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论为脑血管疾病偏瘫患者提供早期康复护理,能够使患者的肢体功能逐渐改善,提高患者的生活质量和自理能力,保证患者积极面对生活,且获得的临床价值也更高.

0bjective To investigate the efet of providing early rehabilitation care for patients with cerebrovascular disease hemiplegia.Methods From February 2020 to February 2021,66 patients with cerebrovascular disease hemiplegia were selected and divided into control groups(33 cases)and research groups(33 cases)according to the random number table method.Among them,the control group was given routine nursing,and the research group added early rehabilitation care to the control group,comparing the changes in barthel index before and after nursing in the two groups,and the upper and lower limb movement scores before and after nursing.Results After comparison between groups,it was found that in the early stage of nursing,there was no diference betveen the study group and the control group in the change of Barthel index and the comparison of upper and lower extremity motor scores(P>0.05).The comparison of lower extremity motor scores showed that the changes of Barthel index and the upper and lower extremity molor scores of the study group were improved,and the comparison results between groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing early rehabilitation care for patients with cerebrovascular disease hemiplegia can gradually improve the limb function of patients,improve the quality of life and self-care ability of patients,ensure that patients actively face life,and obtain higher clinical value.
