Factor Flow,Industrial Structure Upgrading and Regional Economic Growth

该文在新古典经济理论的框架下,将要素流动、产业结构升级与经济增长纳入统一分析框架。在此基础上,利用中国2003-2019年的省际面板数据,采用空间杜宾面板模型(SDPM)实证检验了要素流动与产业结构升级对经济增长的影响。研究结果表明:(1)要素流动能够显著促进地区经济增长,产业结构升级带来的“结构红利”已经转为“结构负利”。(2)要素流动与产业结构升级存在交互作用,二者互补能够缓解经济“结构性减速”。(3)要素流动与产业结构升级耦合发展能够更好地促进地区经济增长,结论在IV-GMM估计下依旧稳健。因此,应从促进要素跨区域流动、提高要素禀赋结构与产业结构匹配性出发,制定相关政策措施。

Under the framework of neoclassical economic theory,this paper puts factor flow,industrial structure upgrading and economic growth into a unified analytical framework.Based on the inter-provincial panel data of China from 2003 to 2019,the spatial Durbin Panel Model(SDPM)is used to empirically test the impact of factor flow and industrial structure upgrading on economic growth.The results show that:(1)Factor flow can significantly promote regional economic growth,and the"structural dividend"brought by industrial structure upgrading has turned into"structural negative benefit".(2)There is an interaction between factor flow and industrial structure upgrading,and their complementarity can alleviate economic"structural deceleration".(3)The coupling development of factor flow and industrial structure upgrading can better promote regional economic growth.Therefore,relevant policies and measures should be formulated to promote cross-regional flow of factors and improve the matching between factor endowment structure and industrial structure.
