The outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict in 2022 leads to violent turbulence in the global economy, high international energy and agricultural prices, soaring commodity prices, and intensified inflation. A series of sanctions between the United States, the European Union and other countriesand Russia further spread global panic and block the international logistics;the spillover effects become increasingly prominent;and the risks of the global supply chain have continued to rise. This paper sorts out the Russia-Ukraine conflict and a series of sanctions between the United States, the European Union and other countries and Russia, analyzes the impact of this shock on the global economy and the Chinese economy, and puts forward specific suggestions.
