民国时期山西大学教育系科的发展及启示

On the Development and Reflection of Education Department in Shanxi University during the Republic of China

民国时期山西大学教育系科经历了山西省立教育学院(1929—1933年)、山西大学教育学院(1934—1936年)、停办(1937—1944年)、文学院下设教育学系(1945—1949年)四个发展阶段,呈现出六方面的发展特征:培养教育师资,趋向多元目标;完善课程设置,逐步全面科学;关心学生生活,提供入学保障;重视师资建设,鼓励教师研究;丰富学术生活,广泛开展活动;弘扬时代精神,参与革命事业。民国时期山西大学教育系科的发展对当前我国教育系科发展有以下几方面的启示:全面认识综合性大学教育系科价值;注重优化课程体系,融通理论与实践;关怀学生成长,彰显人文情怀;充实教师队伍,完善师资结构;寓学术于日常生活,推动学生全面发展。

During the period of the Republic of China,the Department of Education of Shanxi University experienced the following four development stages,the Shanxi Provincial Institute of Education(1929—1933),the School of Education of Shanxi University(1934—1936),suspension(1937—1944),and the Department of Education under the College of Arts(1945—1949)which showing six properties during the development:cultivating teachers for education and tending towards diversity goals;improving curriculum settings and promoting generalization and scientization;caring about student life and providing admission security;emphasizing teacher team construction and encouraging teacher researches;enriching academics life and carrying out extensive activities;carrying forward the spirit of the age and participating in the revolutionary cause.When developing the construction of current Department of Education in China,the enlightenments can be acquired from the development of the Department of Education of Shanxi University during the Republican period which are fully understanding the value of the education departments of comprehensive universities,focusing on optimizing the curriculum system and integrating theory and practice,caring for the growth of students and showing humanistic feelings,expanding teaching force and perfecting the structure of teachers,integrating academics in daily life and promoting the all-round development of students.
