摘要
共模滤波电感主要作用是抑制电路中的共模信号,减少公共电网与用电设备之间的相互干拢,传统的共模滤波电感多为磁环结构,磁环中间空间没有充分利用降低了功率密度,随着电子产品体积要求越来越小,减少空间的浪费势在必行。为了适应发展趋势的需要开发了一种新结构(跑道型)的大电流共模滤波器,产品将广泛应用于对空间有特别要求的场合,如大功率太阳能转换器、车载0BC、充电桩、工业电源、大功率服务器等。
The main function of common mode choke is to suppress the common mode signal in the circuit,and reduce the EMI electromagnetic interference between the public power supply system and the electrical equipment.The traditional common mode choke is mostly a toroidal core platform,and the middle space of the toroidal core is not fully utilized which reduces the power density.As the size of electronic products becomes smaller,it is very important to reduce the waste of space,in order to meet the lower volume of the development trend,and developed a new platform of the high current common mode choke,the product will be widely applied in special space requirements,such as high power solar inverter,vehicle car OBC,charging pile,industrial power supply,high power server and so on.
