地奥司明片和云南白药治疗肛肠病术后出血的临床比较

Clinical comparison of diosmin tablets and Yunnan Baiyao in the treatment of postoperative hemorrhage of anorectal disease

目的对比分析地奥司明片和云南白药治疗肛肠病术后出血的临床效果.方法选取东平县彭集社区服务中心在2020年10月-2021年10月期间收治的120例肛肠手术患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法作为分组标准,将患者分为两组,对照组60例,采用云南白药治疗,观察组60例,采用地奥司明片治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行对比.结果两组患者术后7d,创口出血率、水肿率、肉芽组织生长率对比均无较大差异(P>0.05);术后14d比较,观察组创口出血率、水肿率均低于对照组(P<0.05);同时观察组肉芽组织生长率略高于对照组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3d、术后7d对比,观察组患者创口疼痛程度评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、肛周水肿评分及便血评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial pro-thrombin time,aPTT)、凝血酶原时间(prothrombintime,PT)、凝血酶时间(thrombin time,TT)水平对比均无较大差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者aPTT、PT、TT水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);对比两组患者伤口愈合时间,观察组明显短于对照组(P<0.05).结论相对于云南白药而言,地奥司明片在肛肠疾病术后出血中的应用效果更为理想,值得推广使用.

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of diosmin tablets and Yunnan Baiyao in the treatment of postoperative bleeding in patients with anorectal disease.Methods 120 patients with anorectal surgery who were admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.The random number table method was used as the grouping standard,and the patients were divided into two groups.The control group was 60 cases.Baiyao treatment,60 cases in the observation group were treated with diosmin tablets,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the wound bleeding rate,edema rate,and granulation tissue growth rate between the two groups at 7 days after operation(P>0.05).Compared at 14 days after operation,the wound bleeding rate and edema rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);at the same time,the growth rate of granulation tissue in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At 7 and 14 days after operation,the VAS score(visual analogue scale,VAS),perianal edema score and blood in stool score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,activated partial thromboplastin time(aPTT),thrombin there was no significant difference in the levels of pro thrombintime(PT)and thrombin time(TT)(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of aPTT,PT and TT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);comparing the wound healing time between the two groups,the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Yunnan Baiyao,the application effect of diosmin tablets in postoperative bleeding of anorectal diseases is more ideal,and it is worthy of promotion.
