卡马西平联合丙戊酸钠对脑卒中后继发癫痫患者的治疗效果及安全性分析

Efficacy and safety analysis of carbamazepine combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of patients with epilepsy secondary to stroke

目的 与单独使用卡马西平治疗对比,分析脑卒中后继发癫痫患者治疗中卡马西平联合丙戊酸钠的应用情况.方法 参与此研究的患者共60例,均为高州市人民医院收治的脑卒中后继发癫痫患者,入院治疗时间处于2018年8月-2020年8月,随机分组,对照组使用卡马西平治疗,研究组另加丙戊酸钠治疗,对比治疗效果及安全性.结果 所有患者治疗后HC Hey高于治疗前,其余指标均低于治疗前,研究组改善程度较对照组更强,研究组治疗改善有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后不良反应发生率差异较小(P>0.05).结论 脑卒中后继发癫痫患者治疗中卡马西平联合丙戊酸钠的治疗效果较好,不良反应也未有增强,安全性也有所保证.

Objective To compare the application of carbamazepine combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of patients with secondary epilepsy after stroke with carbamazepine alone.Methods A total of 60 patients were enrolled in this study,all of whom were patients with secondary epilepsy after stroke admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2O2O.They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group was treated with carbamazepine,and the research group was treated with sodium valproate.The efficacy and safety of treatment were compared.Results HC Hey was higher than before treatment,other items were lower than before treatment,the improvement degree of study group was stronger than control group,the improvement rate of study group was higher than control group(P<0.05),there,was little difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Carbamazepine combined with sodium valproate has a better therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with epilepsy secondary to stroke,and the adverse reactions are not enhanced,and the safety is also guaranteed.
