新冠肺炎疫情下缩短患者取药时间的改进措施及满意度评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的 缩短北京市第二医院中药饮片药房患者取药等候时间,避免疫情之下患者产生聚集.方法 改进工作,对比采取中药饮片精细化管理模式与启用处方前置审核系统前后,患者取药等候时间的变化.结果 实施中药饮片精细化管理与处方前置审核系统后,患者平均取药等候时间较之前缩短了35%,患者满意度较之前提高了6%.结论 实施中药饮片精细化管理与启用处方前置审核系统可缩短患者取药等候时间,提升患者满意度. Objective Shorten the waiting time of patients for taking Chinese herbal medicine,avoid the gathering of patients under the Coronavirus Disease 2019.Methods Compared with before and after refinement management of Chinese Herbal Medicine and prescriptions pre-audit,changes in patients waiting time for medication collection.Resu Its After refinement management of Chinese Herbal Medicine and prescriptions pre-audit,the average waiting time for patients to pick up their medications has been reduced by 35%compared to before,patient satisfaction increased by 6%compared to before.Conclusion Refinement management of Chinese Herbal Medicine and prescriptions pre-audit can shorten the waiting time for patients,improve patient's satisfaction.
