六步乳房按摩法对初产妇乳汁分泌、母乳喂养及乳房肿胀程度的影响

Effects of six-step breast massage on breast milk secretion,breast feeding and breast swelling in primiparas

目的 分析六步乳房按摩法对初产妇乳汁分泌、母乳喂养及乳房肿胀程度的影响.方法 选取广东省高州市妇幼保健院2018年12月-2020年6月收治的100例初产妇患者,以信封法将其分为对照组(n=50例)和观察组(n=50例),对照组采取常规母乳喂养指导,观察组在对照组基础上采取六步乳房按摩法,比较两组产妇乳汁分泌、母乳喂养及乳房肿胀程度.结果 观察组产妇产后1d、2d、3d、4d、5d、6d、7d泌乳量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).产后2d、3d、4d、5d、6d、7d,观察组产妇肿胀程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组母乳喂养率86.00%高于对照组的60.00%,混合喂养率12.00%低于对照组的32.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组人工喂养率2.00%低于对照组的8.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 采取六步乳房按摩法对初产妇患者效果显著,有效提高乳汁分泌及母乳喂养率.

Objective To analyze the effect of six-step breast massage on milk secretion,breast feeding and breast swelling of primiparas.Methods A total of 100 primiparas admitted to Gaozhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Guangdong Province from December 2018 to June 2020 were selected as examples.By envelope method,they were divided into control group(n=50 cases)and observation group(n=50 cases).The control group received routine breastfeeding guidance,and the observation group received six-step breast massage on the basis of the control group.The degree of maternal milk secretion,breast feeding and breast swelling were compared between the two groups.Results The milk yield in the observation group was higher than that in the control group on ld,2d,3d,4d,5d,6d and 7d after delivery,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Postpartum 2d,3d,4d,5d,6d,7d,observation group maternal swelling was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The breastfeeding rate of the observation group was 86.00% higher than that of the control group(60.00%),and the mixed feeding rate was 12.00% lower than that of the control group(32.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The artificial feeding rate of observation group was 2.00% lower than that of control group 8.00%,and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Cone lusi on The six-step breast massage method has significant effect on primiparas and can effectively improve milk secretion and breast-feeding rate.
