Research on the Evaluation of Commercial Banks’Data asset Management Ability——Based on DCAM Data Management Framework

数据资源作为当今数字经济时代的核心生产要素和战略资源,对经济发展和社会治理产生了重要的影响。由于数字经济发展时间较短,商业银行数据资产管理仍处于初期探索阶段。本文基于DCAM数据管理框架,结合商业银行特征与数据管理经验,构建商业银行数据资产管理能力成熟度评估模型,深入剖析商业银行现阶段面临的约束性问题,并提出数据资产管理能力提升的实现路径。

Data resources,as the core factor of production and strategic resources in the era of digital economy,have an important impact on economic development and social governance.Due to the short development time of digital economy,data asset management of commercial banks is still in the initial exploratory stage.Based on the DCAM data management framework and combining the characteristics and data management experience of commercial banks,this paper constructs the maturity assessment model of data asset management capability of commercial banks,deeply analyzes the restrictive problems faced by commercial banks at the present stage,and proposes the realization path of improving data asset management capability.
