血液冷藏库磁吸附门密封性的改进 被引量:2

摘要 探讨不同磁吸附方式对血液冷藏库内门的密封性影响。对不同磁吸附方式中有机玻璃门关闭有效率,密封性及温度场稳定情况统计分析。结果表明两年之内,使用弹出式磁吸附内层有机玻璃门有效密封率为53.33%,使用平行磁吸附有机玻璃门密封率达100%;使用两年之后,使用弹出式磁吸附与平行磁吸附内门的密封率分别为0%和100%,有机玻璃门正常关闭率分别为0%和100%。通过温度测试发现,采用弹出式磁吸附内门在压缩机开启时、关闭时和平衡3个时刻平均温度分别为5.68±0.66℃、4.47±0.94℃、5.27±0.63℃,而采用平行磁吸附内门在上述3个时段平均温度分别为4.75±0.45℃、3.98±0.57℃、4.61±0.45℃。平行磁吸附对冷藏库密封性更高,对冷藏库内温度场稳定更有保障。 To investigate the effect of different magnetic adsorption methods on the hermeticity of the inner door of blood cold storage.Statistical analysis of the closing efficiency,sealing performance and temperature field stability of plexiglass door in different magnetic adsorption modes;The Result shows that within 2 year,The effective sealing rate was 53.33% with pop-up magnetic adsorption inner plexiglass door and 100% with parallel magnetic adsorption inner plexiglass door The sealing rates of internal doors with pop-up and parallel magnetic adsorption are 0% and 100% respectively,and the normal closing rates of the plexiglass doors are 0% and 100% respectivelt.,In the After two years of use,which was statistically significant;Using the temperature field to measure the effect of the door seal,the average temperature of the pop-up magnetic adsorption technique was 5.68±0.66 ℃,4.47±0.94 ℃ and 5.27±0.63 ℃,respectively,The average temperatures of the parallel magnetic adsorption gates was 4.75±0.45 ℃,3.98±0.57 ℃ and 4.61±0.45 ℃,respectively.The parallel magnetic adsorption technology is better for the cold storage,and the better the sealing is,the better the stability of temperature field in the cold storage is.
