Specification for interventional diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 patients with underlying diseases

鉴于目前新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠)疫情形势非常严峻,特制定疫情防控期间需要接受紧急介入治疗的有基础疾病新冠患者诊疗规范,内容包括介入诊疗适应证、介入诊疗术前评估、介入治疗术前讨论及手术、手术记录、治疗后评估及随访、知情同意。同时分别制定诊治新冠患者的介入医务人员和接受紧急介入治疗的新冠患者及家属管理原则。

In view of the fact that the present epidemic situation of COVID-19 is very serious,this specification for emergency interventional treatment of COVID-19 patients with underlying diseases during the epidemic prevention and control period has been formulated.This norms include the following contents of interventional diagnosis and treatment:indications,preoperative assessment,preoperative discussion,selection of surgical type,operation record,postoperative evaluation,follow-up check,and informed consent.At the same time,the management principles for interventional medical staff involved in the diagnose and treatment of COVID-19 patients,and the COVID-19 patients receiving emergency interventional treatment as well as their family members are respectively formulated.
