数字化改革背景下高校档案工作理念重塑的路径

信息时代奔涌而来,数字化改革与现实需求促使高校档案工作理念的重塑,但由于高校档案馆数字化转型意识缺失,工作职能的局限性,档案人才培养转型的带后性等,导致高校档案数字化理念重塑举步维艰。针对这一问题,高校档案工作者要积极应对,在提升思维、学习培训、评估督促、制度助推、交流互鉴、优秀激励的氛围中,化理念为行动,聚成共识,在共创共享中实现高校档案工作理念的重塑,开创高校档案工作数字智慧的未来。

With the advent of the information age,digital reform and the realistic needs prompt the remodeling of the concept of archives work in colleges and universities.However,due to the lack of awareness of digital transition of university archives,the limitation of work functions,the backwardness of transition of archival talents,the remolding of the concept of digital archives in colleges and universities is difficult.In order to solve this problem,university archivists should actively deal with it.Through the measures of improving thinking,learning and training,evaluation and supervision,system assistance,communication and mutual learning,and example encouragement,university archivists should turn ideas into actions,gain consensus,realize the remolding of the concept of archives work in the process of information sharing,and create a digital future for archival work in colleges and universities.
