第24届北京冬奥会中国冰雪运动竞技实力与提升策略研究

A Study of the Competitive Strength and Improvement Strategy of China’s Ice and Snow Sports at the 24th Beijing Winter Olympics

本文运用文献资料、录像观察、数理统计等方法,对第24届北京冬季奥林匹克运动会中国奥运代表团竞技成绩进行分析。研究表明:第24届北京冬奥会我国获得9金4银2铜,实现巨大突破,但冰上项目整体实力下滑,项目优势不在;雪上项目崛起,呈现冰雪均衡发展趋势;花样滑冰整体竞技水平稳步提升,冰球、雪车、冬季两项、北欧两项等冬季边缘项目仍需艰克。中国冰雪运动竞技实力提升策略:梯队建设——培养后备人才;强项突破——优化强势项目;科技助力——强化科技支撑;资金助力——融合社会资源。

This paper presents an analysis of the performance results of the Chinese Olympic delegation at the 24 th Beijing Winter Olympics by using the methods of literature review,video observation and mathematical statistics.Findings indicate that China achieved a major breakthrough with 9 gold medals,4 silver medals and 2 bronze medals.However,China’s overall competence in ice sports has declined and the competitive edge has gone;China has risen in snow sports and shown a balanced development trend between ice and snow sports;the overall competitive level of figure skating has steadily gone up,whereas ice hockey,bobsleigh and skeleton,biathlon,Nordic biathlon and other winter edge sports still need a breakthrough.This paper proses a strategy to improve China’s competitive strength in ice and snow sports:tiers of team building——to cultivate reserve talents;strength breakthrough——to optimize strength sports;sci-tech support——to strengthen technological support;funding——to attract social resources.
