北京冬奥会自由式滑雪空中技巧混合团体决赛成绩分析

An Analysis of the Final Results of Freestyle Skiing Aerials Mixed Team in Beijing Winter Olympic Games

作为本届北京冬奥会新增项目之一的自由式滑雪空中技巧混合团体项目,吸引了全世界空中技巧项目优秀运动员汇集于此,备受国内外人士关注。本文采用文献资料法、数理统计法、录像观察法对此次空中技巧混合团体决赛比赛过程及成绩进行细致分析,总结运动员技术动作特点和各环节分数特征,提出探索个性化高难度动作、注重转体速度与爆发力训练、增强抗压能力、提高竞赛稳定性、注重后备人才培养等优化建议,力求为我国空中技巧混合团体项目成绩提升和优势保持提供可参考的建议。

As a new event at the Beijing Winter Olympic Games,the freestyle skiing mixed team aerials event received high attention both at home and abroad,which gathered world-leading aerials skiers.This paper presents a careful analysis of the competition process and results of the mixed team aerials final,by using the methods of literature review,mathematical statistics and video observation.The paper offers a summary of the characteristics of athletes’technical moves and the score features,and put forward optimization suggestions as follows:exploring personalized high-difficulty moves,attaching importance to exercises for ski turn speed and explosive power,enhancing athlete performance under pressure and stability during competition,as well as the cultivation of reserve talents.We aim to provide suggestions for improving China’s performance and maintaining China’s edge in skiing mixed team aerials event.
