第14届全运会男子拳击冠军制胜技术特征研究

A Study of the Winning Technical Characteristics of Men’s Boxing Champion in the 14th National Games

本文运用文献资料法、录像观察法、对比分析法和数理统计法对第十四届全运会男子拳击冠军制胜技术特征进行研究,分析、挖掘其实战制胜特点和规律,为提高我国拳击运动水平提供参考与借鉴。结果表明:小级别(52~57kg)运动员属于中距离控制型选手,善于运用前手直拳击头击腹,摆拳主要用于反击对手,且击中率高,能有效控制进攻距离;近距离组合拳进攻突然性强,防守严密,步法启动迅速,后撤迂回灵活。中级别(63~75kg)运动员属于压迫式或主动进攻型选手,主要运用前手直拳抑制对手,加以后手直拳迎击,中近距离采用推进式移动中连续多拳鞭打对手,并且防守意识好,在比赛中擅长使用反击拳,击打效果明显。大级别(81~+91kg)运动员属于重拳型或直攻型选手,善于跟进贴靠对手,应用直拳、摆拳重击对手,动作幅度大,击打力量足。冠军处于巅峰年龄段,两拳击打击中率、经济性高,比赛经验丰富,技战术水平发挥稳定。

This paper studies the winning technical characteristics of men’s boxing champions in the 14 th National Games by using the methods of literature,video observation,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics,for the purpose of providing a reference for improving the level of boxing in China.Findings show that boxing Men’s Feather(52-57 kg)athletes are medium-distance control players.They are good at using the front hand straight punch to hit head and abdomen.Swing fist is mainly used to counterattack the opponent,with a high hit rate.This type of players can effectively control the attack distance.Short-range combination punches have strong abrupt attack,tight defense,rapid start of footwork and flexible retreat.Boxing Men’s Welter(63-75 kg)athletes are oppressive or active offensive players.They mainly use front-hand straight punches to restrain the opponents,plus the rear-hand straight punches to counterattack.They use multiple punches in a row at the opponents at medium and short distances,and have a good sense of defense.They are good at using counter punches in the competition,and the hitting effect is obvious.Boxing Men’s Heavy(81-91 kg)athletes are heavy punches or direct attack players.They are good at following up and leaning close to their opponents.They use straight punches and swing punches to hit their opponents with a large range of movements and sufficient hitting power.With high hit rate and economy,the champions are in the peak age group,has ample competition experience and stable technical and tactical level.
