A Review of Higher Utilization Rate of Foreign Players in CBA League and its Optimization Strategies

CBA联赛增加外援人次有利于优化CBA联赛竞赛环境,加速联赛职业化水平,提升本土球员强竞技对抗能力。本文运用文献资料、录像观察等方法对CBA增加外援使用人次原因、存在契机以及优化价值进行梳理与分析,结果表明:增加外援使用人次有助于保证球员赛场对抗强度,契合CBA联赛发展的现实需求,为中国男篮竞技水平的提高和发展、缩小同顶级联赛之间的差距有着重要作用。增加外援使用人次所产生的积极效应表现在:有利于增加本土优秀球员数量,提高球员竞技水平和训练质量;盘活外援竞争带动机制效果,增强以外促内效果。优化策略:外援使用方面可只限制人数,取消节次;教练员提高担当意识,合理进行赛场分工;比赛中应发挥风格特点,明确技战术安排;增加数据分析能力,协调内外援分工。希望通过全面分析增加外援使用人次的必然性,为中国男篮实力提升提供理论参考。

Increasing the utilization rate of foreign players in the CBA league is conducive to optimization of the competition environment of the CBA league,to the speed-up of the league’s professionalization,and to higher competitive ability of local players.This paper sets out and presents an analysis of the reasons,opportunities and optimization value of increasing the utilization rate of foreign player players in CBA,by using the methods of literature review and video observation.The findings indicate that a higher utilization rate of of foreign players can ensure competition intensity,meet the real demands for growth of CBA league,and play a significant role in raising the competitive level of Chinese men’s basketball team thus narrowing the gap with top leagues.The positive effects are as follows:conducive to have more local excellent players,higher players’competitive level and training quality;activate foreign player driven competition-based mechanism.We propose the following optimization strategies:(a)limit the number of foreign players in a game but lift up the limit on the number of quarters they play;(b)raising coaches’sense of responsibility and make reasonable assignment of players’part;(c)giving full play to strengths and clarifying techniques and tactics;and(d)improving data analysis ability and coordinating the division of role between domestic players and foreign player.It provides a theoretical reference for the strength improvement of Chinese men’s basketball team through a comprehensive analysis of the necessity of increasing the utilization rate of of foreign player players.
