我国现行篮球运动员技术等级评定的问题反思与理念重塑

Reflections on the Problems and Remodeling of China’s Current Technical Grading System of Basketball Athletes

运动员技术等级评定是提高运动员技术水平、加强竞技体育后备人才培养、促进我国竞技体育快速发展的重要手段。本文聚焦篮球运动员技术等级评定体系,运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,从篮球项目特征、运动员身心发展规律和竞技体育理论三个方面,围绕评定内容、评定方法和评定标准对现行评定体系进行分析与讨论,依据《“十四五”体育发展规划》,提出并初步建构了以运动员为主体,采用赛事和测试为主要评定方式,在评定内容中突出篮球运动的专项化与位置化,由客观评定、主观评定和额外要求三部分组成的评定体系。希望减少各类因素对评定结果公正性、客观性和科学性的影响,实现以评促训,以此为完善篮球运动员等级评定体系提供参考。

The skill grading of athletes is an important means to promote the rapid development of competitive sports in China and the cultivation of reserve talents,and improve athletes’competition level.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper presents an analysis and discussion of specific assessment items,methods and criteria of the current technical grading system of basketball athletes,from the perspective of basketball sports features,athletes’physical and mental development law and competitive sports theory.In accordance with the 14Five-Year Plan For Sports Development,this paper proposes a grading system of basketball athletes by means of competition events and tests,consisting of objective,fair and scientific evaluation,subjective evaluation and additional requirements.The proposed grading system is aimed to drive training by offering a useful reference for the improvement of basketball athletes’grading system.
