摘要 目的:评价有氧运动改善心肺耐力对高血压患者血压干预效果的影响,为中老年高血压患者提供运动方案。方法:检索PubMed、Medline、EBSCO、Cochrane Library、CNKI、万方等数据库,依据纳入和排除标准收集有氧运动对中老年高血压患者最大摄氧量和血压影响的随机对照实验文献,采用Cochrance对纳入文献进行质量评定,运用RevMan5.3进行统计分析。结果:最终纳入12篇文献,共计990人。Meta分析结果显示:有氧运动使中老年高血压患者VO_(2)max提高15.4%(p<0.005),收缩压降低6.5%(p<0.005),舒张压降低5.0%(p<0.005)。结论:有氧运动能够显著改善中老年高血压患者的心肺耐力,降低患者的血压。 OBJECTIVE:This study evaluates the intervention effect of aerobic exercise on improving cardiopulmonary endurance of middle-aged and elderly hypertensive patients.METHODS:Searching in databases from 2000 to 2018 including PubMed,Medline,EBSCO,Cochrane Library,CNKI,and Wanfang was conducted.And randomized controlled trials(RCT)on the effects of aerobic exercise on VO_(2max) and blood pressure in middle-aged and elderly hypertensive patients were collected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Quality assessment was performed on the included studies using Cochrance,and statistical analysis was run using RevMan V5.3.RESULTS:12 RCTs and 990 participants were included.Meta-analysis findings indicate that:aerobic exercise can increase the VO_(2max) by 15.4%(p<0.005),systolic blood pressure decreased by 6.6%(p<0.005),and diastolic blood pressure dropped by 5.0%(p<0.005).CONCLUSION:Aerobic exercise can improve cardiorespiratory fitness and reduce blood pressure in middle-aged and elderly hypertensive patients.
