摘要
目的:了解大学生久坐行为现状,分析其影响因素,提出切实可行的干预措施。方法:采用国际体力活动问卷(IPAQ)、久坐行为问卷(SBQ),分层整群随机抽取1000名济宁学院大一至大四非体育专业学生。结果:济宁学院学生周一至周五久坐时间在9小时以上,周末也不低于7小时;周一至周五睡眠时间不足(<7小时)占比22%,周末睡眠时间不足(<7小时)占比14.3%;周一至周五每天屏前时间2小时以上男生占比61.6%,女生占比72.4%,周末女生屏前时间2小时以上占比75.4%;教育久坐时间多集中在3.5-6.5小时,男生占比51.5%,女生占比55.3%。结论:大学生睡眠不足与久坐行为同时存在。
OBJECTIVE:The purpose of this paper is to understand the current situation of college students’sedentary behavior,to analyze the influencing factors and put forward feasible intervention measures.METHODS:Using the international physical activity questionnaire(IPAQ)and sedentary behavior questionnaire(SBQ),1000 students from freshmen to senior year students of Jining University,not majoring in sports,were randomly selected by stratified cluster.RESULTS:The students in Jining University are sedentary for more than 9 hours from Monday to Friday,and no less than 7 hours on weekends.The students of insufficient sleep time(<7 hours)accounted for 22%from Monday to Friday,and 14.3%on weekends.61.6%of male students and 72.4%of female students spend over 2 hours watching screen from Monday to Friday;75.4%of female students spend more than 2 hours watching screen on weekends.51.5%of male students and 55.3%of female students sit for a range from 3.5 to 6.5 hours for educational purposes.CONCLUSION:Sleep deprivation and sedentary behavior coexist in college students.
