摘要 发生膝关节前交叉韧带(Anterior Cruciate Ligament ACL)损伤或者断裂对于个体的日常生活活动能力以及整体的运动能力有很大的影响,对于运动员来说前交叉韧带的损伤或者断裂带来的影响更为严重,可能使其运动竞技水平大幅下降甚至导致提前结束运动生涯。而在接受前交叉韧带重建术(Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction ACLR)后如何进行康复治疗、什么时间介入康复以及康复的方法是否科学有效对于个体的术后康复效果有很大的影响,本文运用文献分析法简述非运动员的前交叉韧带重建术后的常见问题以及康复方法。 Anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injury or rupture has a great impact on individuals’daily life and overall exercise capacity,and it can have more serious impact on athletes,possibly causing sharp drop of their sports competition level and even an earlier end to their sports careers.The issues of how to carry out rehabilitation after receiving anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction(ACLR),when to start intervene rehabilitation and whether the method of rehabilitation is scientific and effective or not has a great impact on the recovery effect of individuals.By using the method of literature analysis,this paper presents a brief description of the common issues and rehabilitation methods after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in patients who are not athletes.
