头针联合艾灸子母补泻法早期干预发育迟缓高危儿60例

Effect of scalp acupuncture combined with moxa-wool moxibustion for reinforcing and reducing mothers and children on the early intervention in 60 high-risk infants with a growth retardation

目的分析头针联合艾灸子母补泻对发育迟缓高危儿早期干预的效果。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月于我院治疗的60例发育迟缓高危儿进行研究,以随机数字表法分为康复组和头针组,每组各30例,康复组给予常规物理治疗,头针组在物理治疗基础上增加头针联合艾灸治疗。结果治疗前2组患儿Alberta婴儿运动量表(AIMS)、Gesell测评差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3个月后头针组患儿AIMS原始分数比较在俯卧位、站位方面分数均高于康复组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;头针组AIMS百分位25%~50%人数明显高于康复组;Gesell量表精细动作评分头针组高于康复组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论头针联合艾灸子母补泻能有效提升发育迟缓高危儿发育水平,改善患儿发育落后情况。

Objective To analyze the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with moxa-wool moxibustion for reinforcing and reducing mothers and children on the early intervention of high-risk infants with a growth retardation.Methods A total of 60 high-risk children with a growth retardation treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected for the research,and randomly divided into a rehabilitation group and a scalp acupuncture group,with 30 children in each group.The rehabilitation group was given a routine physical therapy,while the scalp acupuncture group was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with moxa-wool moxibustion on the basis of the physical therapy.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in terms of the scores of the Alberta Infant Exercise Scale(AIMS)and Gesell Scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the AIMS scores of the prone position and standing position in the scalp acupuncture group were higher than those in the rehabilitation group,and the difference was of research value(P<0.05).The number accounting for the AIMS percentile 25%-50%in the scalp acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the rehabilitation group,while the fine motor scores on the Gesell Scale in the scalp acupuncture group were higher than those in the rehabilitation group,and the difference was of research value(P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with moxa-wool moxibustion for reinforcing and reducing mothers and children can effectively improve the developmental level of high-risk infants with a growth retardation.
