摘要
本文选取黄河流域81个城市2007—2017年的面板数据,运用MaxDEA软件对城市绿色经济增长进行测度,并在其基础上考虑区位特征,实证研究技术引进对绿色经济增长的影响。结果显示:黄河全流域与上游、中下游区域的技术引进对绿色经济增长的影响均为正,但就上游区域而言,影响并不显著。为此,本文提出黄河流域各地区应根据地域特色实施差异化技术引进策略,提高技术引进质量,不断加强绿色技术研发。
This paper selects the panel data of 81 cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2007 to 2017,measures the urban green economic growth by using MaxDEA software,and empirically studies the impact of technology introduction on green economic growth based on the location characteristics.The results show that the technology introduction of the whole Yellow River Basin and the upper,middle and lower reaches has a positive impact on green economic growth,but the impact is not significant in the upper reaches.Therefore,it is suggested that different regions in the Yellow River Basin should implement differentiated technology introduction strategy according to regional characteristics,improve the quality of technology introduction,and strengthen the research and development of green technology.
