耐热阻燃输送带覆盖胶的研制

以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)作为主体材料,添加阻燃剂十溴二苯醚和环保型无卤阻燃剂硼酸锌,制得达到耐高温T3级、阻燃k2级的输送带覆盖胶,并研究得到最佳的填充补强体系、防老体系、硫化体系。结果表明:使用EPDM-4045#100份、十溴二苯醚20份、硼酸锌15份,时胶料的燃烧性能合格并且稳定,采用防老剂264和AW各添加1份,补强炭黑N220、炭黑N330、白炭黑比例为30∶20∶10,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)、硫磺(S)的比例为3∶1∶0.3时,胶料有良好的耐热老化性能和拉伸强度。

Using Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer(EPDM)as the main material,adding the flame-retardant decabromodiphenyl ether and environment-friendly halogen-free flame-retardant zinc borate,the high temperature resistant T3 and flame-retardant K2 conveyor belt covering rubber is prepared,at the same time,the best filling and reinforcing system,anti-aging system and vulcanization system were studied.The results showed that the combustion performance of the rubber was qualified and stable,when epdm-4045#100 phr,decabromodiphenyl ether 20 phr and zinc borate 15 phr were used;the compound has good heat aging resistance and tensile strength,when the proportion of reinforcing carbon black N220,N330 and white carbon black is 30∶20∶10 and the proportion of diisopropyl peroxide(DCP),Triallyl isocyanurate(TAIC)and sulfur(s)is 3∶1∶0.3.
