为了解决铁路货车修程修制改革以来轮轴故障明显增多的问题,进一步提高轮轴检修的运行品质,有效防范检修周期及走行公里延长对轮轴故障增多造成的安全隐患,针对当前轮轴检修存在的问题和调研基本情况,改进与制定了轮轴检修措施、巩固措施并形成长效机制,并阐述了轮轴检修措施和巩固措施执行的主要成效。
