我国药学专业实践教学的现状分析和思考

Analysis and Reflection on Current Situation of Practical Teaching of Pharmacy in China

传统药学专业实践教学中存在多个弊端,如实践教学体系不够完善,难以满足不同单位对人才的需求;重理论、轻实践的教学现状仍需进一步改善等,这些问题成为我国药学专业发展的障碍。本文详细分析了我国药学专业实践教学的现状,通过对我国药学专业实践教学现存问题进行思考,提出相应解决策略,以期推动我国药学专业的长远发展。

There are many drawbacks in the traditional practical teaching of Pharmacy,such as the practical teaching system is not perfect,and is difficult to meet the needs of different employers for talents;the teaching situation of emphasizing theory and neglecting practice still needs to be further improved.These problems have become obstacles to the development of Pharmacy in China.This paper analyzes the current situation of practical teaching of Pharmacy in China,and puts forward corresponding solutions through reflection of the existing problems of practical teaching of Pharmacy,in order to promote the long-term development of Pharmacy in China.
