摘要
本文以钴硫精矿为原料,采用火法和湿法相结合的工艺进行试验研究。钴硫精矿在线速度0.15~0.17 m/s、给料量5.0~5.5 kg/h、焙烧温度620 ℃±10 ℃的条件下进行沸腾焙烧,焙砂在硫酸浓度30 g/L、温度80 ℃、液固比4.17∶1.00、时间1 h的条件下进行浸出,浸出液经Lix984萃取剂萃取除铜,再经除铁后沉铜钴。试验结果表明,焙砂中铜的浸出率达到89.10%,钴的浸出率达到91.35%;在pH=8.0的条件下,钴的沉淀率达到99%,实现钴的高效富集。
Taking cobalt-sulfur concentrate as raw material,this paper adopts a combination of fire and wet processes to conduct experimental research.Cobalt-sulfur concentrates are fluidized-roasted under the conditions of line speed of 0.15~0.17 m/s,feed rate of 5.0~5.5 kg/h,and roasting temperature of 620 ℃±10 ℃,the calcine is leached under the conditions of sulfuric acid concentration 30 g/L,temperature 80 ℃,liquid-solid ratio 4.17∶1.00,and time 1 h,and the leaching solution is extracted with Lix984 extractant to remove copper,and then copper and cobalt are precipitated after iron removal.The experimental results show that the leaching rate of copper in calcine reaches 89.10%,and the leaching rate of cobalt reaches 91.35%;under the condition of pH=8.0,the cobalt precipitation rate reaches 99%,realizing the efficient enrichment of cobalt.
