摘要
起始流化固含率是颗粒流态化的重要特征参数之一,它反映了床层从固定床向流化床转变。本文对压力传感器进行了改进,并采用降速法分别对典型Geldart A类颗粒及AC类混合颗粒、Geldart B类颗粒及BC类混合颗粒的起始流化固含率进行试验研究,测定起始流化点处床内两测压点间压降,得到颗粒的最小流化特性曲线,进一步计算起始流化固含率。研究结果表明,A类颗粒起始流化固含率远小于B类颗粒,随着C类颗粒含量的增加,颗粒的起始流化固含率呈现减小的趋势,流化性能改善。
The initial fluidized solid holdup is one of the important characteristic parameters of particle fluidization,which reflects the transition of the bed from a fixed bed to a fluidized bed.In this paper,the pressure sensor is improved,and the deceleration method is used to test and study the initial fluidized solid holdup of typical Geldart A-type particles and AC-type mixed particles,Geldart B-type particles and BC-type mixed particles,and the pressure drop between the two pressure measuring points in the bed at the initial fluidization point is measured,the minimum fluidization characteristic curve of the particles is obtained,and the initial fluidization solids holdup is further calculated.The research results show that the initial fluidized solid holdup of A-type particles is much lower than that of B-type particles,with the increase of the content of C-type particles,the initial fluidization solid holdup of the particles shows a decreasing trend,and the fluidization performance improves.
