摘要
硅锰合金矿热炉烟气具有高温、高粉尘、高黏结性,富含CO,余热回收设施易堵塞通道,目前缺乏有效的余热回收方法。本文结合具体案例,探讨了硅锰合金矿热炉出口烟气成分、烟尘形成机理,提出余热回收方法,分析了回收效果和经济效益,以推进企业节能减排,降低能源消费强度,减少碳排放。
The flue gas of silicon-manganese alloy submerged arc furnace has high temperature,high dust,high cohesion,and is rich in CO,waste heat recovery facilities are easy to block channels,and there is currently no effective waste heat recovery method.Combined with specific cases,this paper discusses the composition of flue gas and the formation mechanism of soot at the outlet of silicon-manganese alloy submerged arc furnace,proposes the method of waste heat recovery,and analyzes the recovery effect and economic benefits,in order to promote energy conservation and emission reduction of enterprises,reduce energy consumption intensity and reduce carbon emissions.
