Investigation and Evaluation of Environmental Damage of Ship Water Pollutants in Coastal Cities

渔船海上作业期间会向海洋排放含油污水、生活污水和生活垃圾等,可能影响海域水质。本研究对我国沿海某市海域水质状况、渔船排污情况开展实地调查,确认排放的污染物对海洋环境造成损害的事实,并分析排污行为与海洋环境损害事实的因果关系,采用虚拟治理成本法对各类污染物排放量和其他指标进行赋值,计算出渔船长期排污对海洋环境造成损害的虚拟价值。

During the offshore operation of fishing boats,oily sewage,domestic sewage and domestic garbage will be discharged into the ocean,which may affect the water quality of the sea area.In this study,a field investigation is carried out on the water quality of a certain coastal city in China and the pollution discharge by fishing boats to confirm the fact that the discharged pollutants cause damage to the marine environment,and the causal relationship between the pollution discharge behavior and the fact of marine environmental damage is analyzed,and the virtual treatment cost method is used to assign values to various pollutant discharges and other indicators,thereby calculating the virtual value of the damage to the marine environment caused by long-term pollution from fishing boats.
