工业园区周边土壤污染分析与管制

Analysis and Control of Soil Pollution Around Industrial Park

保护土壤环境是推进生态文明建设和维护国家生态安全的重要内容。本文以邯郸市为例,调查25家工业园区的企业分布、生产活动、主要污染源与污染物排放等情况,判断各工业园区周边土壤与地下水是否存在环境风险,为园区后续管理提供基础数据。当前,要对污染土壤进行有效管理和生态治理,防止污染物向地下水扩散,避免对环境造成二次污染,降低经济损失,切实维护当地群众的环境权益,保障区域社会安定和经济可持续发展。

Protecting the soil environment is an important part of promoting the construction of ecological civilization and maintaining national ecological security.Taking Handan City as an example,this paper investigates the distribution of enterprises,production activities,main pollution sources and pollutant discharges in 25 industrial parks,and determines whether there are environmental risks in the surrounding soil and groundwater of each industrial park,so as to provide basic data for the subsequent management of the parks.At present,it is necessary to carry out effective management and ecological governance of polluted soil,prevent pollutants from spreading to groundwater,avoid secondary pollution to the environment,reduce economic losses,effectively safeguard the environmental rights and interests of local people,and ensure regional social stability and sustainable economic development.
