基于人工智能的病案首页诊断漏写检查技术应用研究

Research and application of the word missing checking technology for the first page diagnosis of medical records based on artificial intelligence

目的:解决住院病案首页诊断漏写的问题,提高病案首页诊断填写质量。方法:基于自然语言处理技术及知识库构建技术设计诊断漏写检查系统,通过解析全病历内容,对病历中出现过的诊断是否确实漏写进行判断。结果:通过实际应用发现,该系统相比于人工审查,能够找出更多可能漏写的疾病,并且保证较高的准确率。结论:利用人工智能技术,通过人机耦合的方式能够有效提高住院病案首页诊断漏写检查效率,进而提高住院病案首页填写质量。

Objective To solve the problem of word missing in the diagnosis on the first page of inpatient medical records and improve the quality of filling in the first page diagnosis of medical records.Methods Based on the natural language processing technology and knowledge base construction technology,the word missing checking system for diagnosis was designed and whether the diagnosis in the medical records has missing words was judged by analyzing the contents of the whole medical records.Results Actual application have shown that compared with manual examination,the system can find out missing diseases as many as possible and ensure high accuracy.Conclusion Using artificial intelligence technology,with the method of man-machine coupling,the efficiency of word missing checking for the diagnosis on the first page of inpatient medical records can be improved effectively,and then improve the filling quality of the first page of inpatient medical records.
