R&D and application of the virtual inventory system for general medical consumables in hospitals

目的:基于物资管理流程构建科室虚拟二级库,实现各科室普通医用耗材虚拟库房的电子化盘存。方法:按管理和计价两属性分类标准,依据临床不同耗材的“流向”自动形成虚拟入出库单,设计一套高效实用的智能盘存系统。结果:节约了库房盘存时间,降低了管理人员的工作强度,提高了工作效率与管理质量。结论:科室虚拟二级库电子化盘存可为科室耗材采购申领提供数据依据,实现普通医疗耗材全流程精细化管理,促进智慧医院高质量的发展。

Objective To construct the virtual Level-2 warehouse of department based on the material management process,and realize electronic inventory of virtual warehouse of common medical consumables in the departments.Methods According to the classification standards of management and valuation,the virtual inventory list is formed automatically according to the"flow direction"of different clinical consumables,and a set of efficient and practical intelligent inventory system is designed.Results The application of this system saved the inventory time of the warehouse,reduced the work intensity of the management,and improved the work efficiency and management quality.Conclusion The electronic inventory of Level-2 warehouse of the department can provide data basis for the procurement and application of department consumables,realize the whole-process refined management of general medical consumables,and promote the high-quality development of smart hospitals.
