装配式地下圆形停车库建筑空间理论研究

摘要 本文旨在通过对圆筒形车库空间设计理论的研究,形成单层车位数与车库平面尺寸计算理论体系,首次提出相邻车位共用行车轨迹投影面的创新性概念,总结归纳单层8、10、12、14、16、18及20个车位的最经济沉井内尺寸及相关工程技术经济指标;并采用BIM技术对行车轨迹线与停车空间进行碰撞模拟研究,确保最优圆形车库内径的行车安全,其内直径与同类车库相比大大减小,相比目前国内同类车库占地面积减少17%,节约工程投资和建设用地,便于特殊用地条件下的合理选择。 This paper aims at cylindrical garage space design theory research,the monolayer parking space number and parking garage planar dimension calculation theory system is formed,the innovative concept of sharing driving adjacent parking projection plane was put forward for the first time,the most economic open caisson size and related engineering technical indicators within monolayer 8,10,12,14,16,18 and 20 parking spaces are summarized. And BIM technology is used to simulate the collision between the driving track line and the parking space to ensure the driving safety of the optimal circular garage inner diameter,which can be greatly reduced compared with similar garages,and compared with the current domestic similar garage area it reduces by 12%,saving engineering investment and construction land,and facilitates the reasonable selection of special land use conditions.
