摘要
以某多层建筑纠倾加固项目为背景,通过检测鉴定对房屋主体结构安全进行全面检查,针对重点安全问题进行方案设计,在深厚淤泥土层上的片筏基础采用锚杆静压桩结合水冲掏土法进行纠倾加固,施工过程通过实时监测手段稳步扶正,纠倾后房屋的最大顶点侧向位移为H/750,符合规范要求,后期沉降收敛且稳定,加固实施效果明显,经济性好,可为此类工程提供借鉴。
Based on a multi-storey building rectification and reinforcement project,the safety of the main structure of the house is comprehensively inspected through detection and identification,and the scheme design is carried out for key safety issues.The static bolt-pressing piles and water flushing digging are used for rectification and reinforcement in the sheet raft foundation on a deep silt layer.The construction process is steadily rectified by means of real-time monitoring.The maximum lateral displacement of the apex of the house after rectification is H/750,which meets the requirements of the specification.The later settlement is convergent and stable,and the reinforcement implementation effect is obvious and economical.The study result could provide a reference for the design and construction of similar building rectification projects.
