摘要
鉴于现有规范中的空隙率计算方式未合理考虑干法改性剂组分,本文通过对改性沥青混合料理论最大相对密度计算公式的修正,保证了干法改性沥青混合料空隙率的计算更符合实际情况,并以PAC-13为研究对象,通过室内试验探究了修正前后混合料空隙率随干法改性剂的相对密度、掺量的变化趋势,研究表明,干法改性剂相对密度与沥青的相对密度相差越大、干法改性剂掺量越大,修正引起的空隙率变化程度也越大。
Since the air voids calculation method in the existing specifications does not reasonably consider the components of dry pre-mixing modifier. Through the correction of the theoretical maximum relative density calculation formula of modified asphalt mixture,this paper ensures that the calculation of air voids of dry pre-mixing asphalt mixture is more in line with the actual situation. Taking PAC-13 as the research object,this paper explores the variation trend of air voids of mixture with the relative density and content of dry pre-mixing modifier before and after correction through indoor tests. The research shows that the greater the difference between the relative density of dry pre-mixing modifier and that of asphalt,the greater the content of dry pre-mixing modifier,and the greater the change degree of voidage caused by correction.
