摘要
为了探索矿物掺合料与减水剂相容性对预拌混凝土性能的影响,本文通过正交设计对聚羧酸系减水剂、S95矿粉和二级粉煤灰三个因素的三个掺量,分析了矿物掺合料与减水剂相容性对预拌混凝土工作性和强度的影响。结果表明,聚羧酸系减水剂与矿物掺合料具有较好的相容性,粉煤灰或矿粉掺入分别对预拌混凝土的工作性或强度具有改善作用。
In order to explore the influence of mineral admixture and water reducing agent compatibility on the performance of ready-mixed concrete, this paper analyzes the influence of mineral admixture and water reducing agent compatibility on the workability and strength of ready-mixed concrete by orthogonal design of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, S95 mineral powder and secondary fly ash. The results show that polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent has good compatibility with mineral admixtures, and fly ash or mineral powder can improve the workability or strength of ready-mixed concrete respectively.
