摘要 普通混凝土排水管在使用中常发生受污水腐蚀而破坏的问题,为提高排水管的使用年限,可采用具有高耐久性的超高性能混凝土(UHPC)制备管材。文章以福州市某污水干管建设项目为背景,采用UHPC替换原管材的C50混凝土进行D1800污水干管试设计。通过结构计算和成本分析,结果表明:试设计的UHPC管材能够满足结构受力的要求,与C50普通混凝土排水管相比,自重减轻50.1%,接头减少,能够有效提高施工效率。虽然UHPC排水管的材料成本有所增加,但其耐久性优异,管道寿命大幅延长,全寿命周期综合成本将低于普通混凝土。 Ordinary concrete drainage pipes are often damaged by sewage corrosion in use. In order to improve the service life of drainage pipes,ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC) with high durability can be used to prepare pipes. Based on the construction project of a sewage main pipe in Fuzhou,UHPC is used to replace the C50 concrete of the original pipe for the trial design of D1800 sewage main pipe. Through structural calculation and cost analysis, the results show that the UHPC pipe can meet the requirements of structural stress. Compared with C50 ordinary concrete drainage pipe,the self weight is reduced by 50. 1% and the joints are reduced,which can effectively improve the construction efficiency. Although the material cost of UHPC drainage pipe has increased,its durability is excellent,the service life of the pipe is greatly prolonged,and the comprehensive cost of the whole life cycle will be lower than that of ordinary concrete.
