摘要
在建筑施工过程中,传统型钢悬挑脚手架存在用钢量大、预埋件穿楼板墙体漏水隐患大、楼层占用空间大等缺点。采用新型花篮装配式悬挑脚手架,不仅用钢量少,不占用楼层空间,且外墙无须开洞,工字钢采用预埋螺栓连接于外墙,有效避免了楼板与墙体的漏水隐患,且安装便捷。本文结合工程实例,对花篮装配式悬挑脚手架施工技术进行总结和探讨。
The flower basket fabricated cantilever scaffold effectively solves the shortcomings of the traditional section steel cantilever scaffold, such as large amount usage of steel, large hidden danger of water leakage of embedded parts through the floor and wall, large floor space occupation and so on. The flower basket fabricated cantilever scaffold can reduce the steel usage, no needing to occupy the floor space and no needing to open the holes in outer walls by connection I-shaped steel to embedded bolts which would effectively avoid the leakage problems in floors and walls. Combined with engineering examples, the construction technology of flower basket cantilever scaffold is summarized and discussed.
