摘要
主要介绍了在架空输电线路工程运维阶段,通过对采集的输电线路走廊激光点云进行植被提取和分析,构建植被高程模型,并利用输电线路设计参数制作电力塔模型、拟合电力线,搭建输电线路走廊三维模型,使用3D空间分析的方法,计算并统计林木危险点和危险范围,分析结果表明本文提出的林木危险区域识别方法准确可靠,可为输电线路运维过程中林木采伐提供基础依据。
In the operation and maintenance stage of overhead transmission line project,through the vegetation extraction and analysis of the collected laser point cloud of transmission line corridor,the vegetation elevation model is constructed,the power tower model is made by using the design parameters of transmission line,the power line is fitted,the three-dimensional model of transmission line corridor is built,and the method of 3D spatial analysis is used. The analysis results show that the accuracy of the forest dangerous area identification method proposed in this paper is reliable and can provide a basic basis for forest cutting in the process of transmission line operation and maintenance.
