摘要
我国建筑业作为大型传统产业,融入数据时代的需求日益迫切。在建筑行业项目管理中引入数字孪生概念及其关键技术,能充分发挥数字技术的优势,实现建筑业转型升级的长远目标。本文以某建筑生产基地为例,浅谈项目管理中数字孪生技术的针对性应用,阐述数字孪生映射实际项目与数字实体之间的互动,分析通过数据AI技术、现实感知技术、载体模型技术提高项目管理调度的自主性、预测性与智能性,推动数据化项目管理决策,促进建筑行业数据化管理模式的发展。
As a large-scale traditional industry, China’s construction industry has an increasingly urgent need to integrate into the age of data. Introducing the concept of digital twin and its key technologies in the project management of the construction industry can take the advantages of digital technology, and achieve the long-term goal of transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. Taking a construction production base as an example, this paper briefly discusses the targeted application of key technologies of digital twins in project management, expounds the interaction between digital twins mapping actual projects and digital entities, and analyzes how to improve the autonomy, predictability and intelligence of project management through data AI analysis technology, reality perception technology and carrier model technology. It also expounds the methods of promotion of data-based project management decision-making, and the development of data-based management models in the construction industry.
