摘要 大学教学伦理是对教学行为和教学关系“正当性”的道德判断,包括教师在教学活动中处理教学目标、教学内容、教学方式、师生关系、同事关系等遵循的道德准则。大学教学伦理的建设既有利于预防和纠正各种教学失范行为,也是对道德相对主义和教学技术主义弊病的回应。大学教学伦理的规范性体现在要求教师专业胜任,其道德向度则要求教学体现价值引导作用,包括引导师生对真理、“终极价值”和“终极意义”的追求。大学教学伦理一般体现在制度化的教师伦理守则文本中,大学教师的教学伦理则通过教学信念、教学目的、教学方式和教师人格等予以体现。 The teaching ethics of university is the moral judgment of the“legitimacy”of teaching behavior and teaching relationship,which includes the moral criteria that teachers follow in dealing with teaching objec⁃tives,teaching content,teaching methods,teacher-student relationship and peer relationship in teaching activi⁃ties.The construction of university teaching ethics is conducive to preventing and correcting all kinds of teach⁃ing anomie,and is also a response to the shortcomings of moral relativism and teaching technicalism.Profession⁃al competence is the basic requirement of the university teaching ethics,and the moral dimension of university teaching should play a leading role in value-education.In other words,the value of university teaching is em⁃bodied in helping students to realize the pursuit of truth“ultimate value”and“ultimate significance”of human beings.Teachers'ethics code is the manifestation of the university teaching ethics.The teaching ethics of uni⁃versity teachers are embodied through teachers'teaching beliefs,teaching purposes,teaching methods and the teachers'personality,etc.
