美术院校特色专业建设的个案研究--以湖北美术学院水彩画专业为例

The Construction of Characteristic Majors in Academy of Fine Arts--A Case Study of Watercolor Painting Major of Hubei Institute of Fine Arts

湖北美术学院水彩画系在推进特色专业建设中具有典型性和示范性,其专业建设历经两个重要发展阶段,并采取独具特色的专业建设措施:不断完善组织建制,谋取自主发展空间;持续打造精品课程,带动相关课程建设;开展“江汉平原行”实践活动,构建特色化实践教学体系;创新人才培养体系,推进国内外学术交流。从专业建设成效来看,建设特色专业需要在组织建制、精品课程、实践教学和人才培养体系等方面持续发力。

The Watercolor Painting Department of Hubei Institute of Fine Arts is typical and exemplary in promoting the construction of characteristic majors,and its professional construction has gone through two im⁃portant stages of development,and has adopted unique professional construction measures:constantly improv⁃ing the organizational structure to seek independent development space,continuously creating high-quality courses to drive the construction of related courses,carrying out practical activities Named“A Journey to Jiang⁃han Plain”to build a characteristic practical teaching system,innovating the talent training system to promote academic exchanges at home and abroad.From the perspective of the effectiveness of professional construction,the construction of characteristic majors needs to continue to exert efforts in terms of organizational structure,high-quality courses,practical teaching and talent training system.
