Digital Labor in the Era of Digital Economy:Alienation,Sublation and Reflection

数字劳动作为科学技术和数字资本把持下的新型劳动模式,在促进数字经济发展的同时仍然没有摆脱劳动异化问题,资本的增殖逻辑并未改变,数字劳动者遭受着更为隐蔽和深刻的剥削。由此,有必要结合现实分析数字劳动异化现象,以探求并反思其异化本质,并以此对数字劳动的发展进行合理展望,探索新型劳动伦理规范,推动建立公正合理的劳动秩序,寻求数字劳动异化的积极扬弃与解放,以实现数字经济的健康发展。

As a new labor model under the control of science and technology and digital capital,digital labor has not yet gotten rid of the problem of labor alienation while promoting the development of the digital economy.The nature of private ownership of capital logic has not changed,and digital laborers suffer from more hidden and profound problems exploited.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the phenomenon of digital labor alienation in combination with reality,in order to explore and reflect on its alienation nature,and based on this,make a reasonable prospect for the development of digital labor,explore new labor ethics,promote the establishment of a fair and reasonable labor order,and seek the positive sublation and liberation of alienation of digital labor,so as to achieve the healthy development of the digital economy.
