摘要
通过循环冷冻解冻和溶剂替换的方法制备了高强聚乙烯醇有机水凝胶。探究了有机溶剂中二甲基亚砜的含量对水凝胶力学性能和含水率的影响。另外,PVA有机水凝胶具有良好的抗冻性和保水性,PVA-DMS67%有机水凝胶的冰点被降低到-60℃以下,经过室温下放置96 h后水分仍然能保持原来的90%。这种简单的制备方法为高强抗冻保湿的水凝胶的制备提供了新思路。
In this paper,mechanically strong polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)organohydrogel was prepared by a freeze-thaw method followed by a solvent replacement process using dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)and water mixed solvents.The influence of DMSO fraction in DMSO/H_(2)O mixed solvents on the mechanical properties and swelling ratios of organohydrogels was investigated.PVA organohydrogels exhibit excellent anti-freezing properties.The freezing temperature of PVA organohydrogels can be significantly reduced to below-60℃and the water content in organohydrogels remains 90%when the organohydrogels keep at room temperature for 96 h.The simple preparation method provides an alternative way for mechanically strong and anti-freezing hydrogel.
