摘要
以胡椒环为起始物料,通过氯化、氟化、锂化-甲酰化、克脑文盖尔缩合、曼尼希反应、冯布劳恩酰胺脱水反应、闭环,共7个分步合成了咯菌腈。优化了咯菌腈的合成工艺,提高了产率,降低了生产成本,分析了各步的反应机理及工艺生产中存在的问题。
Using piperonyl ring as the starting material,through chlorination,fluorination,lithiation-formylation,Knoevenagel condensation,Mannich reaction,von Braun amide dehydration reaction,ring closure,a total of 7 steps to synthesize fludioxonil.The synthetic process of fludioxonil was optimized,the yield was increased,and the production cost was reduced.The reaction mechanism of each step and the problems existing in the process production were analyzed.
