摘要 以TiO_(2)的良好吸附性能为研究基础,讨论了一种在食醋中砷含量测定的过程中对砷元素新的前处理方法。具体研究了包括吸附pH值、吸附时间、吸附剂用量等因素对给定TiO_(2)吸附砷的影响,讨论了吸附剂饱和吸附容量以及解析剂浓度等条件参数,得出了这些因素的优化条件。并将用湿法消解进行处理后食醋样品,用TiO_(2)吸附对砷进行预富集,以NaOH溶液解析后,在原子荧光光谱仪上进行含量测定,获得较好的效果。 This topic discusses a pre-treatment methods which is based on the good adsorption of TiO_(2)in the determination of arsenic in vinegar.We need to optimize best adsorption conditions of pH,adsorption time,the optimum amount of adsorbent,the best concentration of sodium hydroxide solution.Also,the recovery rate and the maximum adsorption capacity of TiO_(2)are the part of work.Vinegar samples istreated by wet digestion.The arsenic in the treated samples was adsopted by TiO_(2),and then releaseded with the help of sodium hydroxide solution.After that,the arsenic in vinegar can be detcted by atomicfluorescence spectrometry.
